From the spacious entrance hall, a private staircase takes you up to the two guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has access to a balcony with breath-taking views.

The Pensford Room is named after Pensford Viaduct, which can be seen to the South-West on a clear morning. This is the larger of the two bedrooms, with a super king sized bed and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. This room can therefore be used by families, although we do ask guests to only bring children over the age of 7, unless they or their friends are booking both rooms. The Pensford Room also has an en suite with large shower cubicle, a chest of drawers, and large wall hooks with hangers for your clothes.

The Pipley Room is named after the ancient woodlands directly below the Squash Court. This room has a king sized bed, two comfortable chairs, a chest of drawers, a large cupboard for hanging your clothes, and a private shower room.

Both shower rooms are supplied with natural Bramley toiletries, which are handmade in Fonthill Gifford, 27 miles away. We also supply towels, towelling robes, and a hairdryer.

The bedrooms are each equipped with a silent fridge, within which you will find fresh milk and filtered water (we do not buy bottled water due to its environmental impact). A kettle, mugs, wine glasses, and a selection of hot drinks are also provided. Guests are welcome to use the Nespresso coffee machine in the dining room. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.

Wi-fi is available to all guests, please note that we do not provide televisions in bedrooms as we believe most guests choose the Squash Court to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
